VL53L0X/VL53L1X Time-of-Flight (ToF) Laser Ranging Sensor

This Time-of-Flight (ToF) laser ranging module uses a 940nm VCSEL emitter, invisible to the human eye, to measure distance to a target with high accuracy regardless of the target’s reflectance — unlike older IR-reflectance sensors. It’s one of the smallest ToF modules available, communicates over I2C, and is well suited to obstacle detection, gesture sensing, and precision distance measurement in robotics projects.
