Delivery across India

At POGOLABZ, we know your projects can't wait. We ship through trusted courier partners (Delhivery, DTDC, Bluedart, India Post and others) via our shipping platform, and the best available courier for your location is assigned automatically.

Dispatch — Orders are shipped within 3 working days of payment confirmation. We ship Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery time — Typically 2–7 days after dispatch, depending on your location. Metro cities are usually faster; remote areas may take a little longer. Courier transit times are beyond our control, so please plan your orders with some buffer instead of last-minute.

Shipping cost — Calculated automatically at checkout based on weight and destination, before you pay.

Tracking — You'll receive a tracking link by email/SMS as soon as your package leaves our Kochi lab.

Local pickup — Available! Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and collect your order from our store in Kalamassery, Ernakulam. We'll notify you when it's ready.

Please note: as per Indian tax regulations, all shipments include a GST invoice mentioning the price.

Received a damaged or wrong item?

If the outer packaging looks tampered with or badly damaged at delivery, please refuse to accept the package and inform us immediately.

For damage, missing parts, or item mismatch discovered after delivery, report it to us by email within 5 days of delivery with clear photos (an unboxing video helps speed things up). Once verified, we'll send a replacement with return shipping paid by us — or issue a 100% refund if the item is out of stock.

Warranty

All products carry a standard warranty against manufacturing defects (minimum 15 days from delivery, unless stated otherwise on the product page). If a product fails within the warranty period, email us with photos/video of the issue. After verification, we'll repair or replace it free of cost, or refund you if a replacement isn't available.

Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, wrong wiring or reversed polarity, static discharge, accidents, neglect, modification, or products that have been soldered or altered in any way.

Return guidelines

Please get our confirmation before sending anything back — unapproved returns can't be processed. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging with all accessories and protective materials, and include a copy of the invoice. Don't write anything on the product's own packaging.

Cancelling an order

Orders can be cancelled (by email) only before dispatch. Once shipped, an order can't be cancelled. Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders may deduct payment-gateway charges of 2–3%, as gateways retain their fee even on refunded transactions.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

A note on usage

Our products are electronic components and maker supplies intended for people who know how to use them. We can't accept responsibility for damage caused by improper installation, incorrect connections, or use outside the product's specifications. Check polarity and voltage ratings before powering up!

FAQs

Do you deliver on public holidays?

We dispatch orders Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Couriers generally don't deliver on holidays either, so if your order falls around one, expect a day or two extra.

Do you deliver to my postcode?

We deliver across India through multiple courier partners, covering almost every pincode. Enter your pincode at checkout to confirm — if serviceable, shipping cost and options appear automatically. Customers in Ernakulam can also choose free local pickup from our Kalamassery store.

Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

No — we ship within 3 working days and delivery typically takes 2–7 days depending on your location. If you need something urgently and you're near Kochi, local pickup is your fastest option.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

Not necessarily. Most couriers deliver with an OTP or to anyone available at the address. You'll get a tracking link by email/SMS so you know exactly when to expect your package.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order leaves our Kochi lab, we send a tracking link by email/SMS. You can follow it in real time until delivery.

What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?

Report it within 5 days of delivery to contact@pogolabz.com with clear photos (an unboxing video helps). Verified issues get a free replacement with return shipping paid by us — or a 100% refund if the item is out of stock.

What payment methods do you accept?

UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking via our secure payment gateway. All prices include GST, and every order ships with a GST invoice.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, by email — but only before it's dispatched. Once shipped, orders can't be cancelled. See our Delivery & Return page for details.
